Our only, generously equipped 3-room holiday flat with west-facing balcony is situated in a sunny, central location. The approx. 70 sqm holiday flat with fully glazed gable front and wonderful view of the surrounding mountains is located in the attic of our house. The flat, which is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a shower room with WC, as well as an anteroom that can be used by our guests. The kitchen, which is built into the living room, is equipped with an extractor fan and common kitchen utensils such as a kettle and coffee machine, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a microwave, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The living room also has an upholstered seating area and a dining area.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets and wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two separate beds with wardrobe.

The non-smoking flat, which is only accessible via stairs, is allergy-friendly, so unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
